Poland’s foreign currency reserves up in August

Poland’s Finance Ministry had at its disposal the equivalent of EUR 8.19 billion at the end of August 2020, up from EUR 7.16 billion at the end of July, the ministry wrote in a Tuesday statement.

In August, Poland paid the equivalent of EUR 3.6 million in principal and EUR 19.9 million in interest on its foreign debt, the Finance Ministry added.
