An Irish company set up post-Brexit by EasyJet founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou to pursue intellectual property infringement claims in the EU has launched its first High Court action, filings show. Easygroup IP Ireland Ltd was incorporated on June 6 of this year as an IP leasing subsidiary of UK parent Easygroup.
