NRB issues today’s foreign currency exchange rates « Khabarhub

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 154.02 and the selling rate at Rs 154.62.

The buying rate of one euro has been set at Rs 176.03 and the selling rate at Rs 176.72. Similarly, one UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 207.32 and sold at Rs 208.13, while one Swiss franc is being bought at Rs 190.58 and sold at Rs 191.33.

Similarly, the buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 107.78 and the selling rate at Rs 108.20. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 109.77 and sold at Rs 110.20, while one Singapore dollar is being bought at Rs 119.30 and sold at Rs 119.76.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen has been fixed at Rs 9.48 and the selling rate at Rs 9.52. Likewise, one Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 22.76 and sold at Rs 22.85, one Saudi Arabian riyal at Rs 41.01 and Rs 41.17, respectively, and one Qatari riyal at Rs 42.25 and Rs 42.42.

According to the central bank, one Thai baht is being bought at Rs 4.58 and sold at Rs 4.60. The buying and selling rates for one UAE dirham have been fixed at Rs 41.93 and Rs 42.10, respectively, while one Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 37.63 and sold at Rs 37.78.

Likewise, the buying rate for 100 South Korean won has been set at Rs 10.39 and the selling rate at Rs 10.43. Similarly, one Swedish krona is being bought at Rs 15.94 and sold at Rs 16.00, while one Danish krone is being bought at Rs 23.55 and sold at Rs 23.64.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.64 and the selling rate at Rs 19.72. One Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 500.72 and sold at Rs 502.67, one Bahraini dinar at Rs 408.38 and Rs 409.97, and one Omani rial at Rs 400.03 and Rs 401.59, respectively.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160.00 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank said the exchange rates are subject to revision at any time as required. It also noted that the exchange rates quoted by commercial banks may differ, and the latest official rates are available on the central bank’s website.
