NRB issues today’s foreign currency exchange rates « Khabarhub

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today (Sunday). According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 153.76 and the selling rate at Rs 154.36.

The buying rate of one euro has been fixed at Rs 175.85 and the selling rate at Rs 176.53. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling is Rs 206.60 and the selling rate Rs 207.41. Similarly, the buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at Rs 190.34 and the selling rate at Rs 191.09.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is Rs 107.17 and the selling rate Rs 107.59. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 109.57 and sold at Rs 110.00, while one Singapore dollar is being bought at Rs 119.11 and sold at Rs 119.58.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.47 and the selling rate Rs 9.51. The buying and selling rates for one Chinese yuan are Rs 22.69 and Rs 22.78, respectively. One Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 40.94 and sold at Rs 41.10, while one Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs 42.17 and sold at Rs 42.34.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is Rs 4.57 and the selling rate Rs 4.59. One UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 41.86 and sold at Rs 42.03. The buying and selling rates for one Malaysian ringgit are Rs 37.55 and Rs 37.69, respectively.

Similarly, one South Korean won is being bought at Rs 10.35 and sold at Rs 10.39. The buying rate of one Swedish krona is Rs 15.91 and the selling rate Rs 15.97, while one Danish krone is being bought at Rs 23.52 and sold at Rs 23.61.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.61 and the selling rate at Rs 19.69. The buying and selling rates for one Kuwaiti dinar are Rs 500.03 and Rs 501.98, respectively. One Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 407.85 and sold at Rs 409.44, while one Omani rial is being bought at Rs 399.36 and sold at Rs 400.91.

The buying and selling rates for 100 Indian rupees have both been fixed at Rs 160. Nepal Rastra Bank said the exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. It also noted that exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the latest rates are available on the central bank’s website.
