Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the exchange rate for foreign currencies today. According to the central bank, the purchase rate for one US dollar has been set at 154 rupees 02 paisa and the selling rate at 154 rupees 62 paisa.
The purchase rate for one Australian dollar is 107 rupees 78 paisa and the selling rate is 108 rupees 20 paisa, and for one Canadian dollar, the purchase rate is 109 rupees 77 paisa and the selling rate is 110 rupees 20 paisa.
The purchase rate for one European Euro is 176 rupees 03 paisa and the selling rate is 176 rupees 72 paisa, and for one UK Pound Sterling, the purchase rate is 207 rupees 32 paisa and the selling rate is 208 rupees 13 paisa has been fixed.
The central bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. The exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
