RIPCO Real Estate has appointed two new real estate professionals to lead the firm’s investment sales presence in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx.
Brian Whelan and Mitchel Flaherty will serve as executive managing directors, bringing years of commercial real estate experience to their roles. They both have backgrounds in investment sales and have worked at B6 Real Estate Advisors. Whelan and Flaherty have represented various clients, from private equity institutions to non-profit organizations, and have been recognized for their contributions to the industry. They also host a commercial real estate-focused podcast called ‘The Broker Brunch.
