AssuredPartners Inc. said Friday it has acquired insurance and financial services brokerage Witkemper Insurance Group, based in Greensburg, Indiana.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Witkemper has about 19 employees located in its Greensburg and Indianapolis offices who will remain under the operational leadership of Kyle Nichols, president.
The deal is the 32nd acquisition by Orlando, Florida-based AssuredPartners in 2022, a statement said.
AssuredPartners is the 11th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
