Jefferies, a full-service investment banking and capital markets firm, will replace Liberum as the group’s joint corporate broker, alongside Barclays Bank plc and Deutsche Numis, with immediate effect.
In a statement, the board of Frasers thanked Liberum for its exemplary advice and execution, which has helped support the group’s growth through its elevation strategy.
