(Alliance News) – Valtecne Spa announced Friday that it has appointed CFO SIM Spa as Euronext Growth Advisor and corporate broker.
CFO SIM will replace Bestinver SV Sa as of July 3.
Valtecne’s shares are unchanged at EUR4.90 per share.
